Clients Challenges:

1. SER building other contractor falling behind in program at critical time

2. The design for the façade for the emergency building was not complete and the scope does not practically work with clients budget

Our Solution:

1. Boswen were able to re direct its resources, and at a very short amount of time deploy additional resources to help take on this additional scope for the client that was falling behind and make on time delivery and construction possible. This meant going that extra step to work with our client when required.

2. With our team of experts in design and engineering we were able to assist with alternative design options that will achieve the same look and feel to satisfy the main architect and head client. This meant saving the client money and time.
